"Our family has been with Dale for 8 years, though we hadn’t had much interaction with his office until the severe hailstorm last year when we filed our first claim. Dale is incredibly knowledgeable, resourceful, and quick to respond. I've always received excellent support whenever I have questions about claims or insurance. The same goes for James, who primarily handles our auto insurance and replies to emails within seconds. While our experiences with claims through State Farm have varied, which is beyond Dale’s office’s control, Dale steps in to expedite responses from the handling team if they take too long. He also follows up on our claims to ensure everything is progressing smoothly and making sure my questions are answered. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. However, if State Farm deems you high-risk or rejects your application, it’s beyond their control to override the system and offer a "reasonable" rate, don't blame them for that!"

"I’ve had some bad luck with very minor accidents. Less than 10 miles per hour, when I was using my car for work. Only once was another vehicle involved. It’s like pulling teeth to get a lower rate with Dale. Often it takes days to get a response and today he said he was “unwilling to do the hour’s worth of work to find out what my new insurance rate would be.” after an accident. I need this info because I need to plan my life financially. With him especially, but with State Farm in general, like someone else has said, it’s all about the money. There’s no human element and his emails don’t respond to my questions and he condescended me, except he said I was condescending him when he had infantalized me and not answered my questions as if they weren’t important. Find a different agent if you’re reading this. Doesn’t want to do what he’s paid for and he’s rude. Do better, Dale. After Dale’s response, I still stand by my review. Dale also contacted my new State Farm representative, who I am very happy with, to get them to drop me because of my honest review. That didn’t happen. Find someone else who will go the extra mile and really try to help in any way they can and have your best interest at heart no matter what. That’s my current agent."
"I'm always disappointed when a customer leaves my office and is not happy. However, I do remember that about a year before this you transferred to me from another State Farm agent for similar reasons. When your policy transferred in, I immediately quoted you several different options and you made some changes. It is imperative that you remember: I have no control over your rates, but you do through your driving habits and results. But after another accident, there was no way for me to calculate what your rate was going to be 4 months in the future. I was responsive to your requests, even responding after hours and on weekends. I was not condescending; I believe you just didn't like what I was saying. I wasn't rude, just straightforward about the situation. "

"I have been a customer of Dale Parker’s office for going on 20 years and would recommend him without hesitation. I use Dale as a resource. When i have had questions about my insurance or even how my property value is determined from an insurance standpoint, which is really useful when insuring your home, Dale was quick and thorough with an answer. He takes time to explain things and he periodically goes over my various policies and makes recommendations for any adjustments that I should consider. Everyone needs insurance but his office’s great customer service is a bonus!"

"I have been doing business with Dale Parker and his amazing right hand man, James for years . I have my house and two cars insured through them . When all 3 of my kids started driving , they and were enrolled in the new driver program State Farm offered . .. can’t remember exact name. Dale met personally with each kid and went over the program and spoke to them as if he were talking to his own kids . I don’t have to speak to the office very often but when I do, , I feel like I’m talking to old friends. They are professional , knowledgeable and friendly . If I ask for advice , I feel like they are talking to me like I was a family member .I highly recommend Dale Parker and his team for your insurance needs."

"I have had a great experience having Dale Parker as my agent. Dale's Office Representative, Jamie Tillitt, constantly delivers excellent customer service. If I ever have a question or need replacement cards she is always very helpful and quick in her responses. My husband was headed to the DMV and realized he didn't have a copy of his most recent card and I bet him that Jamie would respond to me before he even made it there and he didn't believe me. But sure enough . . . she did! Very impressive."

"I have been with Dale and State Farm for over 20 years. I have always been impressed with his response time to questions and he always seems to remember personal details about our family. However, when we had to file a major claim, I was pleasantly surprised at the one on one attention we received from Dale and his staff; they stood by us all the way through the claims process, talked us through the claims process and all the documentation that we would need, he personally called the claims adjuster assigned to our case and advocated for us to get a larger claim reimbursement to make sure we were made whole again. I don't know any other insurance agents out there who will work to make sure you get paid MORE! We received all the funds and services we were entitled to thanks in large part to the assistance of Dale and his staff without anyone trying to nickel and dime us. I have been thoroughly impressed and plan to continue working with Dale and his office for all my insurance needs."

"I've been a customer of Dale's for years. I recently have cashed in a life insurance policy and have waited OVER 2 months for my check and still have yet to receive it. I'm very disappointed in the customer service I've received because I'm no closer in receiving my check now than when I first decided in cashing it in. I will definitely no longer be doing business here or in the future."
